Ad-hoc amendments, edits & add-ons

In addition to the service plan options above, the ad-hoc amendments, edits & add-ons are priced as follows:

  • C-panel management: R1500 per month
  • SEO work & problem solving: R450 per hour
  • Website edit’s updates, adjustments & plugin problem solving: R450 per hour
  • Simple text edit on a page: R3 per word + R75
  • Simple image replacement (does not include image resizing or editing): R100 per image
    • Image resizing for website R75 per image
    • image editing is R200 per image (e.g cropping, trimming & colour adjustment)

 

  • Additional Page build: R500 per hour (image & copy gets provided by client)
  • Additional Image Galleries: R2500 per gallery ( up to 15 images)
  • Setting up of E-Commerce/woo-commerce (online shop): From R3600 (adding of product items is separate, see next point)
  • Adding additional shop products: R750 per product (image & copy gets provided by client)
  • Setting up of Subscriptions/Membership service: From R7 500
  • Adding & setup of Plugins****: R500 per hour
  • Copy Writing for website (including blogs): R3 per word + R450
  • image editing: R200 per image
  • Set up of hosting/domain names: R1500*
  • Set up of google accounts (incl. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, AdWords**, Gmail, & Google my business): R3200***

*plus hosting & domain fees. These fees are payable directly to your chosen website host & are not included in the fee above. I can advise options that are available.

**No ads are setup & created, only the account & platform

Additional T&C's
  • Monthly plugin fees (if applicable) are an additional cost paid by the client. Free plugin alternatives can be used.

 

  • Additional hours needed get charge according to the ad-hoc fees listed above.

 

  • Hours required over & above the additional hours listed in Service Plans are charged at R450 per hour.

 

  • Email support: Primary support, gets priority over secondary support.  Primary support gets answered within 24hrs, and secondary support gets answered within 48hrs
    • Email support is there to answer questions & provide support to the client relating to their website. Any work that may be required will be charge according to the ad-hoc pricing above.

 

  •  WhatsApp Support is there to answer questions & provide support to the client relating to their website. Any work that may be required will be charge according to the ad-hoc pricing above.

 

  • The above monthly cost does not include your web or domain hosting fee.
